ZR—500A

ZR—500A  It is mainly used for manufacture of automobile industries such as polypropylene bumper, panel and door fender and wheel cover et al. Its adding content is 10% to 30%. The impact strength, flexural modulus of the modified product can be increased, the content of used thermoplastic elastomer can be decreased, and the cost of product can be decreased.

Note: The improved materials were prepared by blend in a twin screw extruder at 190ºC and then the samples were injected in range of 190 ºC to 220 ºC. The mould temperature was kept at 40 ~ 50℃. PP8003 and PP7726 were purchased from Yangzi Petrochemical Co. and Yanshan Petrochemical Co. respectively.
